Good experience in Hitachi. But I was interested in learning platform. And I was work in that company as a trainee engineer so I can't learn more in that position. Only following the target and target. I am interested in new ideas learn hence I was resign from Hitachi automotive systems. I learn a plc (Siemens,AB,Mistubishi,HMI,scada,VFD,PI etc). I do Very Hard work in Hitachi automotive systems. I have very tired when I came at Home. No formal training session I was learnt everything at works.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
