I'm working here on contract basis as a trainee under NEEM. Even though being a graduate I have to work on shop floor as a worker. Its very difficult to take leaves. The permanent employees put almost all of the work load on employees working on contract.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

Only employee sefty is good.

Dislikes

First a poor food/canteen quality in company, not like a MNC company. Company internal culture not good for ground level employees. All employee are hard working but supervisor are not satisfied with there work. Leave management are not good for employee. Manager,supervisor,mostly team leader behavior is not good,he was torture and mentally pressure on employees.

I worked 6 years in hirschvogel and believe me in the company higher level of politics. Salary will not increase much if you work as operator or team leader. Higher level toxic couture. In my six years of experience they told me 100+ time's that work harder or leave job.
