No growth in professional life, No projects, No work but mental pressure, selfish seniors, partiality for same region people, they don't even say what project going but give tasks without any min information. I have worked almost 3 years in endurance technologies ltd. In SPD and disc brake department.I learn many good things from my seniors & colleague.working environment is very good.Monthly kaizen competition motivate everyone to do something innovative. Management focus to increase production with quality and safety Inspired me alot.

Dislikes

Endurance didn't hire their former employees Is not a good policy.Increment of junior engineer are very low.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
