The best part about HireQuotient is I get full freedom to run team and do things as I prefer. The environment is very dynamic and respectful. People who want to grow crazy fast have an opportunity to do the same, and the one who prefer to grow at their own pace are given that freedom. There are weekly town halls to bring team upto speed on where we are headed, what we have achieved this week etc.

Dislikes

My advise to Founder is the new leaders should be given lesser chances to do whatever they want when it comes to people management. Their wrong decisions spoil our culture

Initially as the work started, it felt like things are right and ethical. Soon I realized this has been a pure mistake which leads many people awestruck.

Dislikes

The quality of work/ the way the core team- organization functions is just like a dictator in a coal mine. Promotion and appraisal depends on the number of hours spent at work rather than the KPI's met. No senior folks with experience and literally nothing much to learn. Join at your own risk!

As a software developer my primary expectation was to develop my tech skills and deep dive problem solving but this place has been unfair from Day 1.

The workplace is wholesome of hassle. There is no proper timing and holiday policy. The perks for tech is extremely poor. No experienced people and the vision is poorly lead. Very bad experience!

I joined as a fresher, but the opportunities given to me just showed me how much the management trusts you. Every day is a new learning day. Some part of my work has direct coordination with the CEO, and those days are truly fulfilling. In only few months I have been able to achieve much more than I could ever think of.
