The best part about HireQuotient is I get full freedom to run team and do things as I prefer. Since this is my first startup journey, I have done enormous mistakes too but our Founder is always there to take the blame on my behalf and even at times when teams crib about few things, he takes it on himself and absorbs the heat, and gives me clean chit so that I am able to correct few things. When things go wrong, there is massive support as well and then following the direction, guidance makes sure we head in the right product strategy

The environment is very dynamic and respectful. People who want to grow crazy fast have an opportunity to do the same, and the one who prefer to grow at their own pace are given that freedom. There are weekly town halls to bring team upto speed on where we are headed, what we have achieved this week etc.

Dislikes

My advise to Founder is the new leaders should be given lesser chances to do whatever they want when it comes to people management. Their wrong decisions spoil our culture

They have good learning environment and management appreciates hardwork and good work. Company is growing and is very stable. They treat you well and with respect.

things move very fast and junior coding team members are little negative and like to gossip about everything.

The work culture is highly outcome driven and fair & rewarding and planning is done very extensively so that we are not spread too thin. 3 month outcome planners, monthly planners and weekly task sheets combined with team mid week check-in to discuss progress mid of the week are very helpful. In addition, the town halls done by the Founder & CEO are very candid and true enriching, entire business data and bank balances etc. are shared. Founder is highly accommodative and respectful in all aspects
