Unprofessional, Unethical and Micromanaged Organisation. Expects you to work more than 12 Hours a day and don't appreciate your work at all. Holds and cuts off your salary for unwanted reasons.

Dislikes

There is nothing to be praised about the Organisation, management is unprofessional and rude. Not a good platform for freshers or experienced professional.

Nothing much to say, strict rules if you do the best no problems you will get appreciations if not you will have call with Team lead. We will be having Review meetings every week. :earing only monthly once they will give training
