Effective Hr software which was beneficial for the employees working from home. Earlier the incentive structure was really good like you can earn a few more bucks by extending your target.

There was nothing which we called a working hour. I attended meetings around 9 in the night, plus there was no welcome kit. And mentioning the worst part, they haven't provided us with our 3,4-month salary and terminated us on a normal call and have not even responded to emails and messages regarding the remuneration.
