Effective Hr software which was beneficial for the employees working from home. Earlier the incentive structure was really good like you can earn a few more bucks by extending your target.

There was nothing which we called a working hour. I attended meetings around 9 in the night, plus there was no welcome kit. And mentioning the worst part, they haven't provided us with our 3,4-month salary and terminated us on a normal call and have not even responded to emails and messages regarding the remuneration. Hired for different location, worked in different location, fired in 17 days without any notice and our team leader informed whole team that company is shutting down their operations in delhi NCR because they don't have any proper plan to run operations over this location and not able to generate money from the customers.
