Good for skill development and culture.

Dislikes

Separation policy is too bad, No salary provided in notice period of 3 months + recovery to get our relieving letter. No career growth, only could get appraisals of 2k-3k.(maybe). Compensation and allowances are too week as compared to other companies.

Work Details

Since I was a fresher, I've learnt much more here so as we talk about work life is simple. Just reporting time is 9.30 AM, then explain to your reporting manager that what's your schedule for the day, and get to work.
