The brand value in the market I like very much.

The management don't respect the people and there experience. Joined for some role and due to covid moved to some other division. But again there was restructuring and without any information they asked me to report to guy who was less experienced. Moreover dont have any control on the words they tell. HR dept is alive just for namesake. Overall my 2 years of journey was worst.
