Because of high mechanized mine in India there is too much for learning and also company provides good compensation.

Dislikes

There is poor management and poor HR policies. Development and growth stops after some time and it becomes stable for many years. Along with work culture is extreme poor.

I do not work for proper HZL. I worked for contractor of HZL. But I reviewed as HZL employees. It's a overall good job. Less satisfaction for salary as they ask for work. Full pressure.and still u have to litsan of your seniors.
