I have been working in HZL zawar mines and the culter and relations with people is everything. People are very familiar. HZL tries to provide as many facilities to its women employees as it can. Happy to be a part of this organisation.

Dislikes

Office time of enabling people shall be 9/10 am. Departments which deal with head office people and vendors suffer more as their office starts late. Here u can see, even in below tab office time starts from 9:00 am

Salaries and savings are good as you have nowhere to go to spend. Township is quite excellent as you have to share rooms with 4 individuals so you can maintain social life. Food is quite palatable as it gets prepared in excessive oil. You can easy shop on e-commerce as amazon, flipkart can reach here. Intellectually, you don't have to put lot of efforts as work is not mentally challenging.

On day 1 itself everybody will try to convince you to resign in upcoming years.Your sleep schedule will get ruined by constant changes. No professional growth even after working in health hazards and heavy metals which ruins your health .Most people resign before 1 year. Tbh, as far as job security is concerned this is the best place to work out there. Salary & other benefits are really great. As Appreciation is missing in here, so morale gets down even after giving 100%.
