Good package , few location are good but no work life balance, no job security no personal life.

Salaries and savings are good as you have nowhere to go to spend. Township is quite excellent as you have to share rooms with 4 individuals so you can maintain social life. Food is quite palatable as it gets prepared in excessive oil. You can easy shop on e-commerce as amazon, flipkart can reach here. Intellectually, you don't have to put lot of efforts as work is not mentally challenging.

On day 1 itself everybody will try to convince you to resign in upcoming years.Your sleep schedule will get ruined by constant changes. No professional growth even after working in health hazards and heavy metals which ruins your health .Most people resign before 1 year.
