Lots of thinks to write over here. 1) Life balance horrible. 2) Leave not provided. 3) 12 hours duty mandatory. 4) Accommodation is very poor for executives. 5) Stressful work culture not sufficient amount of staff's available. 5) No value your degree/ diploma certificate. 6) Worker level person get more salary than b. Working in fully 12 hours per day Behaviour of incharge and superior is very very bad to junior team and workmen category No increment on time, it is more delay If you stay in company accommodation l, just u like to live in hostel Life and not able to any where if u not take permission from admin or incharge if You join junior officer EDP operator in mechanical section, after 2 to 3 years life is like a hell and if you apply for another company then another company hr and respective person say it's just like a data entry operator. if join in procurementorpurchase team, approval process is lengthy, and all time your mechanical department and procurement head scolding to you.
