Likes

Great place to work. Organization created a culture of unbossed which is good we can openly share our ideas with any one. Gsk follows respect for people so colleagues are always polite . GSK always gives first priority to quality products. I felt the procedures are lengthy to follow which needs improvement.

Dislikes

Procedures are lengthy & people who has a communication skills will grow faster but who's has low in communication will not be having growth. Not only GSK all the organisation's need to undestand that english is just a language but not knowledge.
