managers are worst, they don't care about ground reality simply they put pressure. Hell lot politics ,my mangers use to give 50% more den actual target . which is not achievable . huge under cut price in the market, Company don't care, even if the distributor remove his margin 3.9 % , den also we are not able to match the whole sales price , manager don't care about all these. and too much of complexity of system . soemtimes tse not able to understand it Distributors .normal person wont understand all the system . distributor has to be well educated to work with HUL....Read More
