Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. managers are worst, they don't care about ground reality simply they put pressure. Hell lot politics ,my mangers use to give 50% more den actual target . which is not achievable . huge under cut price in the market, Company don't care, even if the distributor remove his margin 3.9 % , den also we are not able to match the whole sales price , manager don't care about all these. and too much of complexity of system . soemtimes tse not able to understand it Distributors .normal person wont understand all the system . distributor has to be well educated to work with HUL....Read More

The best thing about Hindustan Unilever is that we understand very well of trainee promoters and we understand the promoters in our CRT or OFT very well. We have very good knowledge of the product.

Dislikes

We are not able to find any parks etc. in the area to give training. That is why I face a lot of problems. I am in trouble while giving training.
