The Unilever has given good support in this pandemic by training and support in keeping safe with Corona virus infections. The company has not cut the salary. Great thank.
I think the company should focus more on their employees in going forward and should not play any politics about the employee.
The work life is excellent in working with HUL and if any vacancy in formulation comes then I will definitely re-join HUL.

Expense submission process very lengthy, manager does not give you a time to settle and understand the process from day 1 to give 100% sales, even management does not give you a time understand the brand, how this sales works, they want everything we knew about company policy, HR not interact properly.Skill development and training team very poor does not even know how to give a training.
