Officers behaviour towards trainees, they are using them like personal assistant. Always order them for useless work like go and pick my order from the main gate, go and click this and that picture , go and apply the tape or sticker on the machines. After getting a professional degree ,are you willing to do always these useless work which give nothing for learning

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
