The manager Parul Batra was a horrible mentor and a person who is religion biased and a depressed person who has anger issues due to that I was unable to enjoy my work as she has temper issues.

Parul Batra the manager who has a poor knowledge and anger issues .she couldn't talk nicely to muslims .she should be banned 🚫 in other offices.

They are actually backlog managers and no PM process or frameworks followed Lack of resources and bandwidth made available to PM's All sprints go out of scope. If a PM says no it's looked down upon. You need to be a yes man. HR is non existent and has no say in employee welfare. It will occasionally do the typical celebration of festivals to show how inclusivity.
