Company job is excellent, work is too good for me. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

managing director is not good, he lock the company.

Was very nice experience till January 2019 when production stopped for shortage of working capital and continued loss. Tried my level best for continuing in the company...had to leave for better opportunity and continued salary...

It was a great opportunity for working on Hindustan newsprint Limited as apprentice trainee. On this apprenticeship training period I got training in mechanical maintenance of paper machine, Wrapping machine, Winder, Salvage winder, Core making machine with other accessories like Pumps,Valves, gear boxes, Air Compressor, Air motor and EOT Cranes. I got a very well trained employees there, for training me and helping me to presenting my skills in my job....Read More

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the independence of paper mission and other pumps walls Salvage wind rollers and other eot craines.
