As I worked for HMC 630 machine, my section incharge was friendly with us, As I think there is no career growth in that company as per now situation.

Some of the Employee will not give receipt to the trainees,that one thing will fells bad.

I was working in wages dept. On joining, and within 3 months, there was a wage settlement with retrospective effect and I was also given full arrears by mis-calculation. It happened in case of many employees. I pointed out the same to higher management.
