No appraisal only 2.5% per year no cab facility available no safety for workers from casual workers .no breakfast available in the morning shift we have to carry our own tiffan box in the morning shift . All of sudden they will ask to extend the shift and at executive level bonus is also not available. We have to simply work without any benefit.
