Since it is one among the top construction company we have bright exposure in all the fields like buildings, bridges, tunnels,power plants metros and etc. As a reputed company it will updated with the latest techniques so as we can also get to know .

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Every thing is good with the company , except delay in salary payments.

Salary - Bad

Work Details

Since it is construction company ,the work is heavy to meet the dead lines for complete in stipulated .But at the same time there will be a enough time to spend the personal /family life.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
