My life's first job Experience at HCC, I have learning, gaining knowledge and good work experience in Mechanical. My Senior Officers and teammates are very good and supportive they thought me Maintenance of Equipments and Machines and my Responsibilities.

Yes, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Company policies are may be good but Salary is poor and career growth is also slow which is disappoints me. I am working from 3 years but my salary didn't increase, I have requested many times for Salary Hike but the Management always ignore it.

HCC have internal canteen system well setuped. I came to end of the project so I am not fully aware of the project standard. There are junior engineer and survey teams are working hard to make progress.
