Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? All person in management in this company is very bad, personally I suggest you , this company is not good to join because first he told you are selected in HAL , & after that they will appoint you in sub contractor company. Please be alert for this such types frauds.

This is very fraud company. mere sath fraud kiya hai yesb ne, Pehle bolte hai HAL me selected ho, mail bhi ayega lekin baad me ye kisi sub-contractor company me join karwate hai. Bhot hi fraud hai yelog.
