What a company should have , it's there , union, criticism, jibe and many more. Nothing to dislike , all is to learn form dislikes.

Work Details

I'm in sheet metal complex, where we manufacture pipelines of aircraft Su30. Various sheet metal operations I have learnt such as nibbling, blanking , punchings and forging , casting , welding (Tig welding and spot welding), non destructive testing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Dislikes

Canteen food is good but people prefer outside food.

As fighter aircraft is manufactured only in India so it was great opportunity for me . In HAL I have done all mechanical works so it helped in developing working skill.
