I did my Apprenticeship at the aerodynamics and Aero-Structures teams of RWRDC division. The Apprenticeship is for over a year's period. You get a stipend to manage not more than your living expenses and subsidised food. But a great place to start your career if are sitting idle without a proper job in your domain. One may start to feel like there is nothing to learn, but there is a whole world of aerospace manufacturing to provide you a variety of hands-on experience. One who seeks to learn will get benefitted. Good colleagues and mentors who will always root for your better career growth. Dislikes

Strict timing with a little bit of positive when considering the Bengaluru traffic. You may have to fight to get some proper work to work on, most of the time systems won't be available, shop works may not cheer you, but the free time can be used to learn variety of manufacturing techniques and management tricks. Though apprentices doesn't have much effect other than the stipend to deduct for taking leave, the permanent employees may faces certain black marks on taking leaves. Very less of holidays and allowed leaves can be seen as a disadvantage....Read More

My experince was like in HAL i have compelted the apperenticeship .in this compny i do the job as quality engineer.inspection and documentation to the mechanical ani avionics section.quality control testing and inspection exoerience for aircrafts parts.Matrial inspection and cheking.Take bonding on aircrfts.Discuss inspection result with responsibl products.This was nice experince to work in HAL.
