Excellent job security obvious ABG is very big group. Group policies are good. Very good programs arrange by management for skill development and wellbeing. Active in social activities and rural areas development.

Poor work life balance. Policies are well designed but not well executed. Safety and environmental culture not up to the mark. Salary and hike are low and no bonus for management group.
