HR gives false information on company structure and pay structure while onboarding Highly bureaucratic and hierarchy driven org . Power play and manipulation of informations, no transparency in business . Lacks basic infrastructure to do business

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.
