I am fortunate to work in HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LIMITED. I got experience of working as junior engineer. I learned how to troubleshoot the problem and take responsibility as a time.

In HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LIMITED haven't growth, no increment. And no support for special work. Senior only take all benefits and not think junior

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
