Bit good for ambitious and serious career seeking professionals . Gender bias when it comes to business roles . HR gives false information on company structure and pay structure while onboarding Highly bureaucratic and hierarchy driven org . Power play and manipulation of informations, no transparency in business . Lacks basic infrastructure to do business

It is a private company good to work . The amenities are good . Employees are good . There are cooperative society for employees . Health care facility is good .

The Unit leaders are purely dominated by Sr Leaders and follow their own ego policy . The promotions and increments are purely person basis not performance basis , only system are their to show . Ego of leaders are too much and there is no equilibrium amongst the employees . They make groups of employees to run the site. There is noempathy towards the employees . Top management is recruiting a few candidates from outside who neither have loyalty not have ethics. Even top leaders are resigning m number times and increasing their packages and also promoting few old guys to be at top who have target to expel employees on no reason or very silly reasons.
