Inequality for different type of staff employees, inequality in salary structure.career growth is slow. On the job interview not given what is job work and responsibilities. And many policies of management which is not addressed our issues.

Great to work with the ABG ( Aditya Birla Group ), a big conglomerate having multiple units across India and we can get opportunities in other group companies also like Ultratech or vice versa.

Dislikes

Great if you are Degree holder, then company values like them their own child. If you are a diploma holder then policies are bit older and not favor.
