No Vision of top management people can replace at any time without justified reason . North Indian should not join this company as they prefer west Indian people specially Marathi .Also people talk in their own language in high level meeting .Management team is not skilled

Alot of thing that don't like example :- they will not share CTC Annexure with offer letter. The salary which you were offered at the time of hiring will not the same at the time of joining that will be less. No one will talk about that. Benefits which are getting in other region will not get in Eastern Region.
