No Job security, Poor Management, Poor HR Department, HR doesn't capable to stay on their position. doesn't have knowledge realted policies and zero knowledge about compliance. Just because of HR politics all good Employees left the company and they are hiring all new people , they doesn't have value of staffs who supported during tought time and now all new staffs are hiring . not good decision by Management. Here some staff members safe that is Mumbai Accounts team. Team not even helped or done any extra projects during pandemic but Management is not even asked them to leave or no action just because they are from Accounts. as Management praised Mumbai Accounts team so much . very slow in their work, don't know why. they doesn't even deserve high salary but this company paying very high salary to Accounts team. there is end less things. politics and politics.. really sad as company is already lose their good assets and still not understanding....Read More
