Job Security is Good, Work Culture is like a supportive family, I would never forget the warm support by my ASM & BDM, all staff at HeadQuarters,and Top Management. My Coordinator was a like supportive senior who helped understand basic stuff, my ASM & BDM good mentors throughout my association with company. Some of them still wish me on festivals. Company policies are good, everything depends on who is your ASM & BDM. Overall I cherish the good times....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
