They are still under sp much documentory work so the people Coming from big ventures facing problems while working with Himedia.....

Company culture with bad politics internally plus not having any updated system as such to develope working style though they are having SAP they are not fully gone through digital working style rather they prefer to manual working style specially in accounts and supply chain purchase team....
