Me being from this place and being a product of this Institute had high hopes of growing and improving myself and the Institute. But at this point I only want to complete by term and get out of this place. It has been a very disappointing and harrowing experience to work at this Institute.

Dislikes

The hospital and Institute as a whole has a very poor functioning with people being shunted against their will to places not suited to their expertise leading to a poor utilisation of the workforce. Also the place does not give any opportunities to youngsters like myself to grow and add to the proforma of the Institute. The administration is only interested in minting money rather that doing quality work or giving the best services available to the patients....Read More
