This is not a company but only a properitory firm.

Dislikes

This is a firm run by one individual, no certainity of salary, approval system is not there, salatay youay get once in a three month, totally managed by thiefs who are not interested in works but only wants extra money as claim from client. Not making payments to subcontractor also, horrible experience in my life.

So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
