Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are fake not good, at the joining time salary negotiation and you promise salary will be hike after 2 month. That is fake after 4 month salary not to be increased project manager, depty project manager could not coperate. Over all experience is very rude. Policies are fake this company.....Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not good but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Here is I'm mechanical engineer. But I have to work as well as mechanical and other works also. There is no fix timing. Now it's lockdown but none of the higher authority don't ask me for how can they help. They are just neutral.

Here is no sensible behaviour in staff. Maximum of people doing things just to save their job. Not everyone working happily. Everyone working just for survival not for happiness. If there will be a happy culture in every company they there will be more work. Because when we are happy we can do more .
