Team Mates: Generally well educated, experienced in many parts of the world, Highly experienced, Open minded, Cooperative, Dependable, Most have good exposure in to design & construction experience in various types of prestigious projects, well mannered. Training: The company encourages employees to enroll in various courses of studies to improve their capability to handle complex situations. Job Security: Hill is a dependable employer with very high ethics. They have re-hired me twice. Hill will not fire someone unless the employee's conduct has not been acceptable or due to lack of work. Career Growth: They will promote employees if they deserve it. Since Hill has a very high standard of project management any one who maintains the exceptional standard will have opportunities to move forward. Salary/Appraisal: Their salaries are very competitive and appraisals are done regularly which keep the employees happy. Travel: Employees are given opportunities to travel depending on the project demand. Politics: Hill does not permit politics at work place. Employees are expected to play their role efficiently to deliver the project on time to the quality expected. Work Environment: Very cordial atmosphere, each employee gets a comfortable work station; all employees are expected and encouraged to maintain a friendly atmosphere. Dislikes

The only thing I found negative was working 6 days a week, 8 hours a day minimum. I personally would prefer 5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day. Alternatively, every other week a two-day weekend.

I have worked for Hill for 8 years. Every project I got involved was of very high quality building and we delivered each one to the entire satisfaction of the Client. The top Management of Hill emphasizes the necessity to deliver every project on time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
