Construction industry always based on team work approaches, so this is always keep with all Hill project employees as necessary. Other than that when we get the training sessions every existing employees motivate new comers to participate it.

Dislikes

I cannot criticize, but need to control the discipline among some nationalities. However in average can mange work with situation wise with our targets as project completion. That means no major dislikes about working at Hill Int'l Inc.

Work Details

I have worked with Hill International From December 2014 to April 2017 for ADNOC Projects at Abu Dhabi, UAE. I should appreciate the coordination with the Hill staff from Abu Dhabi to Al Ruwais (Far away from Abu Dhabi) during my working period.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
