I have been a Top performer, but some things really hurt when there is no increment and promotions for even the top performer, then it's like the management sees every one in the same line, also new products initiation and development is not happening as per market need. No increments, no promotions, heavy work pressure, sales persons are made target for all the aspects, marketing is not up-to mark ,roofing business is almost coming to end But still there is huge expectations
