The company is very old and famous as it belongs to Birla group. It is very good for new joiners as the training and good salaries will be given. another plus point is that individual can get good opportunities in other places with this experience. One has to move to other company after some service for good future.

Dislikes

Growth is slow and there is no training for freshers, hence senior folks have to train/ guide them and there is no recognition for senior employees.

Work Details

Normally it is great to work with HIL Limited. Lot of employee monitor benefits have been removed than earlier. Now a days job security is also very less. But company is doing good. specially long standing in the company is very bad like me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
