I love the HR practices over there .They spent lot of money on training & skill development.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Slow thinking process & resistant to understand the present business dynamics & change required to be in the market . Legacy culture & happy with what they have today. No high performance culture.Job security is good as expectation from employee is very very low and no one demand much.

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Full of excitement during start up & bad closing during exit.Business leader do not understand the value of manpower and their talent.They hire good people but dont use them upto the best level.Believe in lobby making to have grip over business.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
