Likes

Honestly haven’t seen much that is good. Except my interaction with the Sales teams who are very good at what they do and collaborate well. Great vision from the CEO.

Dislikes

In general there is very poor internal communication. Lot of bickering and back biting. Also there is an air on non-chalance. Not a great place to be working if you are new to the domain. Also a very bookish and non-practical bunch of team. Poor application of good leadership concepts and principles.

It’s been very much challenging to make good connections. People act too busy, take too many things for granted and only work at the final hour to put everyone in stress

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
