There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. Previoisly HighRadius used to be a great place to work at. The work culture and work-life balance was very good.

Dislikes

The Company no longer cares about its employess or the customers. All they care for is revenue generation. But as of now, there's nothing left to like working here.
