Work culture in the company is the worst. Previous year attrition rate was around 30%. The way they do things are just senseless. New leader Ashwin Krishna may seem knowledge but as a leader he is far off. They shifted everyone from marketing to Inside Sales in one night. And without proper training we’re expecting result . Without providing the night allowance and they wanted the employee to contribute 12 hrs a day. People in ABM department are leaving the company like crazy. It's a great company with a good product and vision from the CEO. They will give you an excellent training in the industry.

Dislikes

The culture is just for name sake. They don't follow a bit. The HR is good but my manager was not. They promise you many things but don't deliver them. It's just a number driven company which doesn't cares about the employee or the working environment. The working environment is very toxic and attrition level has become very high.

The compensation is good when compared to competitors of similar Ecosystem,however the challenge will be to get recruited later by other companies. The company has some dreamy culture values however like everything it's all on the website and in paper.

If you are a fresh college grad, and looking for a job, this is a decent company. Note that, I am calling it decent solely because of the starting salary they offer which is around 8 lpa. Apart from the salary, there aren't many good things to talk about this company. They have this policy of office parties every quarter and moderately frequent team outings - if this interests you.

Firstly, the management lacks a clear direction. Policies change what feels like every 2 months in the name of a "Fast-paced culture". Honestly, it feels like they are rolling out changes and performing Beta testing on their employees. To them, the customer is God - this isn't necessarily a bad thing but it comes at the cost of employee's Work-Life balance. No one will directly ask you to work overtime, but indirectly, deadlines will be set in a way, you will be forced to work overtime as well as on weekends. At times, you won't even get allocation for projects you are supporting as Project Managers will ask you for favours. Promotions used to be good about 2 years ago. But now they have rolled out Auto pH (appraisal) where your KPIs are directly tied to your Project's success. In theory, this sounds good, but in reality, your KPIs get penalized even for client-ended shortcomings such as low adoption or client-ended delays. They boast a lot about how "transparent" this new system is, and how it removes "human biases" but, in reality, whatever rating you get is carved in stone. They will ask you to write a "Challenge Opera" if you feel your rating is incorrect, but it's a waste of time, as the outcome won't change. They will use their "corporate MBA terminologies" to counter your arguments and shut you off. Overall, there are several other shortcomings, but I only recommend this company to fresh college grads and I recommend them to switch within max 1-1.5 years after gaining a decent enough experience....Read More

Only company which is rated the least in all companies in hyderabad, they hire and fire , most bad CEO ever on this earth, he recently fired CTO and CFO and so many senior leaders - The ratings in apps like Ambition box and glass door speaks for worst job security, every day people sleep and wake up with fear of losing their job

Colleagues are great. Everyone is stuck in the same boat and understand the pain of working in a toxic environment. Growth is good in terms of designation and salary

Dislikes

Zero processes and policies in place to understand the employee concerns and day to day challenges faced in projects. Too much infighting and mud slinging. No clear path for people to actually learn about the domain.
