Good company environment have number of events full entataning

This place is only for robots of the management they just think only to use you as there ladders and the funny part is even they jobs are not secured even after doing all this.

Till 2022 highradius is doing good. If you are a hard working employee and able to work 12hrs in a day and able to work in a weekends as well then Highradius is good option for you. If you are a smart working employee and have another life apart from Highradius then you will fire within in a year without any reasons.

work life balance is very bad. Playing with everyone careers. No one has secure in this organization. Recently they fired all the VP level employee without any reason. If you are comfortable to work 12hrs in a day then that's a good choice. Team leads/directors are behaves like a professor. In simple word, it's a big trapped to workin this organization. They will pay you good money for manual work but learning is zero in that case you won't be able to switch in other organizations. They want hard working employee instead of smart work....Read More

Worst culture, company doesnt care about their employees. The CEO and CPO are friends from their college time and the company only runs as per their own rules and thinking, and for that they can fire anyone who are not there puppet. Previoisly HighRadius used to be a great place to work at. The work culture and work-life balance was very good.

The Company no longer cares about its employess or the customers. All they care for is revenue generation. But as of now, there's nothing left to like working here.

Good for learning if you are in the correct department as a developer , luckily i was in that stack . so learnt a lot. Flexible work hours. No issue with taking leaves
