In a short term, because of the pressure, you might learn a-lot in a very short interval. But be careful as mental and physical health are important as well. The environment there is always in pressure.

HR team hold the power to manage the whole organisation, however here the HR team constitute of gossip queens who instead of listening to the problems and handling the situation professionally, primarily focuses on events and fun. Hence the sales and marketing prg lacks professionalism and there's too much of micro management.. Not proper utilisation of stills. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Previoisly HighRadius used to be a great place to work at. The work culture and work-life balance was very good.

The Company no longer cares about its employess or the customers. All they care for is revenue generation. But as of now, there's nothing left to like working here.
